Over all excellent. We enjoyed working with Josh. He was friendly, informative, and strived to screen potential properties by E-mail. Viewing selection was varied in price and location. At no time did we feel pressured. Josh listened! I think we learned to appreciate real agents more by Josh's previewing so many properties and knowing they were not for us. This saved a lot of time and frustration. Good Job Well Done!
