One of my favorite perks being a Real Estate Agent is the benefits of giving. Being able to give my time, knowledge and expertise in helping others achieve their real estate needs makes my day! Participating in the excitement of a first time home owner or watching the financial wheels start turning for an investor as a result of my services are just some of the pleasures I get to experience. Even the seasoned real estate owner sometimes allows his excitement to get the best of him!  I will even find a way to give in situations that are not as pleasant, such as divorce or bankruptcy. I have learned the truth of the principle “what you sow, you will also reap�.  So whatever your day brings, find an opportunity to give.
