As we enter into the holiday season, Snohomish County has 12 months of residential inventory available, which means that we are still experiencing a very strong buyers market. I’m starting to see an increase in showings of my listings, and more calls are coming in inquiring about purchasing a home. This is still a great time to buy a home, either owner occupied or as an investment!
