Last year at this time October home sales were at 674; we are now down to 371. Here is a quick break down of this October’s sales: 93 sold in less than 30 days, 84 sold in 31-60 days, 57 sold in 61-90 days, 47 sold in 91-120 days, and 90 sold in 120+ days.  Sellers are getting about 96.5% of their asking price.
