Yes, Snohomish County real estate is not exempt! As you can see from the numbers, listings have increased, but sales are down and pendings continue to decrease. When will this end? When lending requirements “loosen up” for our first-time home buyers. I do see plenty of opportunities for buyers in Snohomish County that have the means to purchase. Sellers typically are not getting full price and are will to negotiate. Keep you eyes on the mortgage industry, because when it turns around, the real estate market is going to change in a hurry!
