Snohomish County Residential 2010 to 2011 comparisons

Below is a link the year ends stat's from the Northwest Multiple Listings comparing 2010 to 2011. As you can see we have experienced a drop in inventory but an increase in the number solds since 2010. You can also note that prices have decreased with a breakdown of area.
