November will be a month long remembered - not so much for real estate activity but for the rain, floods, and snow! As for real estate, the market followed the usual trends for this time of year with slower buyer traffic and fewer homes going on the market. We're also seeing many price reductions in currently listed homes. Markets times continue to increase as buyers have more selection. We are now in a "normal" market with a saturation rate of 2.5%. As interest rates continue to stay at historical lows and home values continue to rise (even at a slower rate), we will continue to see a very active real estate market in the future.
Interest rates remain for a 30-year fixed with no points is around or below 6.00%.
